This policy explains what data Loady, operated by Bozoguz Tech ("we"), collects and how it is used.
What we collect
Account data: your name and email address, handled by our sign-in provider, Clerk.
Test configuration: the URLs, endpoints, scenarios, headers and credentials you give Loady so it can run your tests. Stored credentials are encrypted at rest.
Run results: metrics, threshold results and logs produced by your load tests.
Technical data: standard server and security logs such as IP address and request time.
How we use it
Only to provide and secure the service: running your tests, showing results, and support. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Service providers
Clerk: authentication.
Cloudflare: DNS, TLS and network protection.
Hetzner: hosting of the control plane. Load workers run on Hetzner, or on AWS or Microsoft Azure when a run uses those regions.
Anthropic: when you use AI features, the relevant run summary, metrics and log excerpts are sent to the Anthropic API so Claude can produce the verdict or answer. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API inputs are not used to train its models.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Email [email protected] to export or delete your data, and we will respond within 30 days.
