These terms govern your use of Loady, a service operated by Bozoguz Tech ("we"). By using Loady you agree to them.
Load testing generates heavy traffic. You may only test systems that you own or are explicitly authorized in writing to test. Using Loady against third-party systems without permission, or to disrupt any service, is prohibited. We may stop runs and suspend accounts that violate this.
Access is currently by invitation. Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You keep ownership of your configurations and results. You grant us the rights we need to operate the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
AI verdicts and drafted scripts are generated by Claude and can be wrong. Review them before acting on them.
Loady is provided "as is" during the invitation period, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including outages of systems you test.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or on this page.
